Our services include professional pressure testing and leak repair patches. Most of our patches including our crotch patches are made from neoprene and are triple glued. Seals are either triple glued or double glued and taped, depending on the type of suit and seal.
We replace both latex and neoprene wrist and neck seals, and can also change one to the other. Our neoprene seals are custom made for each individual customer for a perfect fit. Our latex seals are always heavy duty grade unless the customer specifies otherwise and are available in both standard and small size.

We replace zips with the world renowned "BDM" make of dry suit zips. Front entry and rear entry zips as well as convenience zips .

We fit rubber coated titanium lined neoprene dry suit boots as standard as these boots are very very comfortable compared to the basic welly boot style. Our boots also provide insulation. By request we can also fit Northern Diver neoprene boots and also steel toe capped boots (this option is popular with the commercial divers).

For each suit we fill out a "repair report sheet" detailing the work done on the suit, results of pressure tests, suit details etc. You receive a copy of this with your suit so it easy for you to keep a record of what repairs have been done to your suit over the years similar to a car service history.

We tend to have a three day turnaround with most suits we work on. Many of our new customers are amazed at this service and regularly remind us that they have never experienced anything less than 6 weeks turnaround before.

If we are out of stock of a particular item such as a special length zip or similar and have to order it in, we still manage a turnaround of about 6 -8 days.

Also our custom made neoprene seals take a minimum of four days to make due to the correct time for glue curing before the seal can actually be fitted to the suit, so a four day turnaround on them
