This lovely old style B&B is located in a sleepy harbour on the northern shore of the Beara Peninsula. The rooms are en-suite,  the food is wholesome country food,  quite often there is fresh salmon and other seafood on the menu.

The views are spectacular and the dive boat is just a few steps from the front door. Evening meals are available on request, the bar is very atmospheric and you can relax in the evenings, swapping dive stories with other divers and locals.

The harbour is situated in some of south west Ireland's most spectacular scenery. For non divers their is a plethora of activities to choose from, hill walking, sailing, pony trekking or exploring the charming fishing villages and scenery of the rugged Beara peninsula.

The stunning Derreen gardens are a short walk from the harbour. This romantic estate with its semi tropical mature gardens overlooks the sleepy shores of the harbour. Perhaps just watching the goings on of the divers, mussel farmers and salmon fishermen in the harbour whilst drinking a guinness from the pier may be all the activity you need if not diving.
